Growing up as a young nerd I had many staples in my movie catalog. So many of these staples included Arnold Schwarzenegger kicking ass as a mercenary, kindergarten teacher, or game show contestant. However, there was one that really stood out. In 1990, Total Recall was released and I immediately loved it. From the scene where Arnold is removing the tracking beacon to the woman with three boobs this movie had it all. When I heard they were remaking it I wasn’t to pleased to be honest. The rash of half assed cash grab remakes that have hit the theaters as of late have put me on the offensive. Then I heard that Colin Farrell was starring and I got even more pissed. My hatred for him still boils hot after seeing Phone Booth. Quickly I realize that I should give this remake an actual chance. The supporting cast is pretty damn good. Bryan Cranston alone makes me give it a second glance. Check out the brand new trailer below.
