The guys over at Ain’t it Cool News have broken another decent sized scoop when it comes to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, please take this with a HUGE grain of salt. Nothing has been verified as of yet, but chances are this rumor has some legs. AICN goes on to state that they are hearing word that the Nova Corps will make an appearance in the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy directed by James Gunn.
Now that Marvel has formally announced a Guardians of the Galaxy movie for 2014 we get our first glimpse at new characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). With every other formally announced phase 2 movie being sequels (I’m excluding Ant-Man, as he doesn’t have specified date yet) it’s time we get to see something new. The below image was officially released concept art during the Marvel Panel at San Diego Comic Con.
Iron Man 3 has started filming and the whole notion of whether or not the villain would be The Mandarin has been a point of contentious for a while now. Latino-Review.com is reporting that in fact Ben Kingsley will be playing the infamous Iron Man villain but in a more puppet master role.
